On September 13th, 2025, The Crooked Skulls played a powerful show at Factory Records in Dover, NJ, sharing the stage with WyndRider, Valley of the Sun, and Heavy Flow. The band delivered a heavy, groove-filled set featuring songs like Skullbong, Midnight Sun, Bury It, Slowsteal, Let Me Out, and their latest single Iron Smile — which features Bob Balch of Fu Manchu on the studio version. The crowd was locked in from start to finish, and the energy in the room was electric. The Obelisk reviewed the show, describing the band’s sound as “riffs with metal at their foundation… pacing that’s in it purely for the groove,” and highlighted Bury It and Iron Smile as standout moments.
